When can I expect my order to arrive?
It may take 11-15 busienss day to ship the package. Please note that some packages may be delayed due to delays in international freight logistics caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
What's the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order is placed. Orders during workday will be arrange in 1-2 business day for all in-stock item(Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders during weekend will be shipped on Monday. Usually, once logistic company updated the tracking number, will be sent to your email , it normally takes 2-3 business days. Pls feel free to email us(support@costwer.com) if you have any questions.
What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Please email us within 24 hours after you place the order, or the order cannot be canceled
once the package has been shipped out.
What if I want my order arrive in 3 days?
Due to many unsure factor during the shipment, we couldn't make sure the precise delivery time. If you need item in 3 days, Please think twice before placing an order. Thanks for your understandings.

My products arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please email your order number and a photo to support@costwer.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Our customer service team will try the best to help you to fix the problem .
What's your return policy?
1. COSTWER accepts returns of unopened products purchased from costwer.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
2. Products must be returned in the original packaging including all exterior shrink wrap in its original condition and have no visible signs of wear or use.
3. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

WHY ARE TAXES AND FEES CHARGED?
According to the requirements of tariff law, all goods imported into EU countries and the United Kingdom are subject to a tax up to 20%.
HOW ARE TAX CALCULATED?
Tax is calculated based on the total value of the goods after deducting any discounts. You just need to pay 10% and the rest will paid by Costwer. The tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage Once you confirm your shipping details.
IS THE TAX REFUNDABLE?
If you have contacted our customer service and communicated the return/refund, the corresponding business tax will also be refunded to your original payment method account.
